Plastle leverages AI to help plastics-industry communicators move faster: generating episode outlines, cleaning audio, drafting show notes, and surfacing materials data signals. These systems augment—never replace—human editorial review.
2. Model Sources
- Hosted Providers: We rely on secure, enterprise agreements with leading foundation-model vendors (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Azure). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Specialized Models: For acoustic clean-up and industry taxonomy tagging we fine-tune lightweight models hosted inside our own infrastructure.
- No Advertising Training: We do not allow vendors to use Plastle prompts or outputs to train advertising profiles.
3. Data Handling
- Customer uploads and prompts are retained for up to 30 days to help us diagnose failures unless you request earlier deletion.
- Sensitive materials (e.g., embargoed announcements) can be flagged as "private review" to bypass external AI vendors and stay on Plastle-controlled GPUs.
- Access to AI workspaces is limited to cleared engineers and recorded in immutable audit logs.
4. Human Oversight and Quality
Every AI-generated artifact intended for public release (episode description, press-ready transcript, data insight) must be reviewed and approved by a human producer or Plastle editor. We provide change tracking so teams can see exactly what was generated versus edited.
5. Customer Controls
- Feature Opt-Outs: Workspace admins can disable AI drafting, transcription, or enrichment features per project.
- Prompt Export: You may export prompts, completions, and reviewer notes for compliance evidence.
- Feedback Loop: A "Flag AI Output" action lets your team mark low-quality results; these samples go to our governance queue for manual review.
6. Limitations and Disclaimers
AI-generated insights may contain errors, reflect outdated standards, or omit nuances specific to your products. Do not use Plastle AI to make safety-critical or regulatory submissions without independent validation. Plastle disclaims liability for losses resulting from reliance on unreviewed AI outputs.
